Experience
While I am a full-time Professional Civil Engineer by profession, I have been tutoring throughout my education and career. While in college, I often tutored my peers in engineering courses and now continue to tutor my peers preparing to take both the FE and PE exams. Working as an engineer I have also had the opportunity to train and teach several interns each year, allowing me to improve my teaching skills. I find teaching/tutoring rewarding in that I can help students who are struggling and am able to see that "ah-ha" moment when the student really understands. My tutoring style is very patient and adjusts to fit each student's needs. I specialize in Civil Engineering courses and History as well as Statics, Dynamics, Mechanics of Materials, Sciences, and Exam Prep.
